Arrival and Departure

Check-in at 2 PM & Check-out at 11 AM.
Proof of ID is mandatory for each guest.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and is chargeable.

Services & Amenities; Inclusions & Exclusions

Daily housekeeping services (Cleaning activities & bed making) from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Villa attendant/caretaker would be available for basic services and support in the kitchen from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Services after 10 PM are chargeable at INR 500/hour.
Extra services like cooking and ironing would be chargeable and are subject to availability
Enjoy 'In-villa dining' with our Branded partner F&B outlets.
Food delivery apps are also available for your convenience.
Any additional purchases can be made on behalf of the guest at their cost by our staff

Complimentary concierge services to enhance your Goa experience.
The use of the entire Villa and swimming pool is included in the charges; however, it does not include breakfast, which would be charged extra.
Booking in the villa is for 8 guests, and the maximum capacity of the Villa is 8. For additional guests above 8, extra guest charges would be applicable @ INR 2,000 plus taxes per person per day.

Losses & Damages

Tea marks, food stains, and temporary tattoos are permanent; please use linen with care. We’ll be constrained to charge you for permanent stains:
INR 500/pillow cover
INR 800/towel
INR 1,000/bedsheet
INR 1,500/duvet cover.
INR 1,500/key would be charged for lost villa/room keys.
In case of any breakage of crockery, artefacts, showpieces, etc., the cost of the subject item would be recoverable from the guest
Please use crockery very carefully at the pool. If any glass/plate/bottle, etc., is broken inside the swimming pool, INR 20,000 would be charged as that would call for complete draining, special cleaning and refilling.
Breakage costs are deducted from the security deposit; the balance is refunded.

Guest Guidelines

Use the kitchen facilities with care and respect.
Non-resident guests are allowed only with the manager's permission and a valid ID.
Avoid assigning duties to caretaker/housekeeping staff from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Help conserve water and the environment; avoid linen/towel misuse.
No food consumption in the rooms, please.
Turn off ACs/geysers when not in use to combat global warming.
Guests are liable for losses/damages to villa property.

Prohibited Activities & Items

Fire is a serious safety hazard; therefore smoking is prohibited in rooms. Kindly use the sit-outs & outdoor areas.
No drugs, arms, or ammunition allowed on premises.
No loud music/noise after 10 PM as per government rules.

Indemnity

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of valuables; management assumes no liability.
Management is not liable for injuries, ill-health or accidents at the villa premises.
Management is not responsible for any illegal activities of guests.
